RK Gates And Access is a locally owned electric gate company serving Central Florida from the Space Coast up to Orlando. We design, install, automate, and repair driveway and entrance gates — swing gates, slide gates, and the operators, keypads, and access-control systems that make them open and close the way they should. If it moves, we've probably worked on one like it.

Who We Work For

Most of our customers are homeowners who want a gate that works every time — whether that's a new installation at a house in Viera or an emergency repair on a stuck operator in Orlando. The other half of our work is commercial: HOAs and gated communities, apartment complexes, self-storage facilities, auto dealerships, warehouses, churches, schools, parks, and marinas. If a property has an entrance that can't afford to sit broken, we keep it running — often with a scheduled maintenance contract so it never gets to that point.

Who's Behind the Work

We're a small, local crew based on the Space Coast — not a franchise and not a call center. The people who answer the phone are the people who show up at your gate. We're state-licensed and fully insured, and we're factory-trained on every major operator brand: LiftMaster, Viking, DoorKing, Linear, Eagle, FAAC, Nice, Apollo, and Ghost Controls. Over fifteen years and more than 2,000 gates later, we still run estimates in person, quote in writing within 48 hours, and come back if something we installed ever fails.
